*** RE-WRITE

Georgia-Pacific is a leading manufacturer of structural panels, including an array of oriented strand board (OSB) products. Georgia-Pacific has a proven history of producing high quality OSB panels for a variety of construction applications.

To broaden its structural panels product offering, Georgia-Pacific began manufacturing oriented strand board in 1982. Since that time, manufacturing operations and capabilities have expanded. OSB is an engineered structural panel made of compressed wood strands arranged in three perpendicular layers and bonded together with a phenolic resin. Similar to plywood panels, oriented strand board is used in residential and commercial construction for sub-flooring, roof sheathing, exterior sheathing and other residential and commercial construction applications.

Our oriented strand board products meet industry standards and are quality-certified by APA - The Engineered Wood Association.

The company also manufactures plywood structural panels
